What happens after you send an inquiry
Brief & inquiry
Send the style, target quantity, fabric and delivery date. Attach a tech pack, sketch or photos.
Quotation
We quote per piece by fabric, trims, decoration and quantity break.
Sampling
Proto sample, fit sample and size set as needed, then a pre-production (PP) sample for your approval.
Bulk production
Fabric inspection, automatic spreading and cutting, sewing on dedicated lines, in-house embroidery or printing.
Quality control
In-line checks during sewing and final inspection before packing.
Packing & shipping
Packed to your folding, polybag and carton-mark requirements and shipped by sea or air.

Buyer questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per style per color. Larger orders get a dedicated production schedule.
Can you work from a photo or a sample instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Send a reference garment or clear photos and our technical team will build the pattern and spec.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. The sample fee is credited against the bulk order or refunded once the order is placed.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance, or L/C. Prices are quoted FOB.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes. We hold an amfori BSCI audit (rating B, valid to March 2028) and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certification, and welcome client or third-party visits.
